Ensuring that you have a quality builder is vital, regardless of what country you’re in, but it’s a different world in Latin America and you need to make certain your builder is following the proper rules.

All of the developers and builders that work with Where International have been put under the microscope and scrutinized to guarantee that they complete their due diligence. In fact, our rating system is based solely on how they’ve completed our Developer Checklist, which is in place to protect you and your investment.

We recommend that you purchase travel insurance, as you would with any trip out of your home country. In addition, we advise you complete your own due diligence, purchase title insurance and always use a local attorney to assist with all transactions.
